What is your return policy?

We accept returns subject to the following conditions: 

- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The item should have its original packaging
- The return or exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery

How do I request a return?

If your item doesn't fit the space or you have ordered the wrong color or style, you will be able to exchange it within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.

Some items are missing from my order! What can I do?

Some products may be sent separately as different sizes of print, canvas or frame are each packaged differently. You'll get 2 tracking numbers if this is the case, so please check your order history and emails first for additional tracking numbers.

If you think your order is missing an item, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Is it safe to purchase on your website?

We are a secure “VeriSign Trusted” website. This means we meet all of the highest security protocols and processes that the industry demands.

Can I view my order history?

To view your order history, you will have needed to sign up for an account during the purchase process. If you did this, after you have placed your order, you can view your invoices and purchase history by selecting 'Order History' from your Account menu.

Do you have any retail shops or I am able to view your products in person?

In order to keep our prices low, we have cut out the high costs associated with maintaining a retail store and have established ourselves as an online-only business.

All designs are listed with the highest quality images as well as full dimensions and specifications. You can also review the glowing customer testimonials for our store.

All products sold are covered by our “100% Satisfaction Guarantee”. This means in the unlikely event you're not completely happy with your order, it can be returned within 7 days - for any reason - for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs.

Can I place an order over the phone?

We're not able to take orders over the phone for security reasons. This is to protect your information such as credit card details, which shouldn't be provided over the phone to anybody.

If you need any guidance placing an order through the website, we'll be more than happy to walk you through the process.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. You must let us know via email or phone that you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Please get in touch with us as soon as you can.

A refund can only be processed via your exact payment method.

When will my order arrive?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. We estimate that it will take 2 to 5 working days for your parcel to be delivered once you receive your tracking number.

You can access a more accurate estimate by checking your specific tracking link sent to you email address.

In general, it's best to try an alternative payment option if you're experiencing any issues.

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order.

You can also track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Can I change my order?

We do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible so it may not always be possible to change your order once it's been placed - especially if more than 24 hours have passed since you placed your order.

If changes need to be made to your order, please get in touch with us as soon as you realise. We cannot promise changes can be made after 24 hours have passed, but we will do our best to help.

The paper you use to print on - please could you provide more information?

The paper we use is 250 GSM museum-quality thick and durable, matte coated paper. It is not flimsy or cheap - we only use the good stuff! You'll honestly struggle to find paper that is higher quality elsewhere.

Our paper has a matte coating finish. This means that it is not shiny and not reflective. No light will bounce off or shimmer across the design, which sometimes make it difficult to see the design itself. Obviously, if your design is framed, be conscious that light will of course reflect off the glass as normal.

The inks we use are high-quality and UV protected, they will last a lifetime. They will never fade, even if they are in direct contact with sunlight for prolonged periods of time.

The frames you use - please could you provide more information?

If you choose to have your artwork framed, it will be carefully placed in a high-quality timber frame.

The frame is made from FSC-certified, sustainably sourced timber and is laminate coated to give them colour. There is no 'wood grain' texture visible. Our coloured frames are available in either black or white. We also offer Light Oak, which is Natural Timber with visible wood grain.

There are hoops on the back of the frame which enable you to hang it on a hook. There is no string required.

Where does the artwork come from?

We source our artwork in a range of different ways such as commercial licensing and commissioning original artwork to sell as prints from artists both local and around the world.

When will my order ship?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receiving an order. Delivery estimates are on top of this.

How long does shipping take?

Australia Post advise us that it takes between 2 - 5 working days for orders to arrive once dispatched. Overall delivery times vary depending on your delivery distance from Melbourne, Victoria.

Can I choose which courier my parcel is delivered with?

We primarily use Australia Post and Aramex to ensure the best prices and most reliable delivery for our customers. We're unable to arrange a specific delivery partner for your order as we use the most efficient partner based on your distance from us and the parcel weight.

Can I change my delivery address?

In order to provide the best possible experience for our customers, we process orders as quickly as we can. If it has been longer than 24 hours since you placed your order, we cannot guarantee that we can change your address - but we will still try!

My tracking number is invalid. What should I do?

If you've just received your dispatch email and your tracking isn't working yet, please give it a few hours for our carrier to load the information.

In some cases, as we load parcels directly onto delivery trucks, they do not get scanned until the item is received at your local state delivery depot. This can sometimes take a few days. Please refer to the general delivery timeframes on the product listing, for an estimate of how long it should take.

Our postage costs are always free for delivery in Australia – with no minimum spend.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. We ship globally.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer Free Delivery outside of Australia. There is a standard delivery surcharge of $39.95 AUD for international addresses.
